Marmara Cement Factory, owned by YD Mining Inc., one of the Üstyapı Construction Group companies, is a cement factory operating in Yığılca district of Düzce province. Marmara Cement, which started operations in January 2021, is an integrated cement factory with a DAILY capacity of 6000 TONS/Clinker and 7500 TONS/Cement.
Equipped with state-of-the-art European machinery and equipment, our factory continues its production in an environmentally friendly manner with closed raw material storage halls and dust removal filtration systems, providing significant benefits to regional employment.
Our cement factory operates as a ZERO WASTE production and disposal facility by recovering many types of waste such as industrial, domestic, contaminated, and others that can be used as fuel. In this way, while reducing the use of fossil fuels, it contributes to the reduction of CO2 and Greenhouse Gas emissions and directly helps to eliminate environmental pollution.
In addition to its advantageous position in the domestic market, Marmara Cement Factory also holds a significant place in the sector due to its proximity to the port for both domestic sales and exports. By delivering the highest quality cement to customers on time, it maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction. With an annual cement production capacity of 2,000,000 TONS, Marmara Cement Factory aims to export at least 1,000,000 TONS of cement annually. This will play an important role in reducing the current account deficit and sustaining employment.
